ISA brings Undergraduate Fellowship Programme EOI for institutions

International Solar Alliance (ISA) issued the Expression of Interest (Draft) For the Undergraduate Fellowship Programme.
It states, “Proposals are invited from reputed/recognized Universities/ Institutions for instituting the ISA fellowships (30 Nos.) for Undergraduate Four year B.Tech./B.E Program on Energy / Renewable Energy/ Energy management with special emphasis on Solar energy for officers from Least Developed Countries ( LDC ) and the Small Island States (SIDS) member and signatory countries of ISA. The fellowships will be offered to students by ISA and facilitated by the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE). The entire cost of tuition fee, Boarding, Lodging, and travel will be sponsored by ISA. The proposals are invited for the UG fellowship programme for the academic year of 2021-22.”
Eligibility criteria for the fellowship program is given below:
The format for the application is given on the website of NISE. The last
date for the receipt of proposals is 10th March 2021. NISE, an autonomous institution of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), will be set responsible for the implementation of the programme.
